0:00 - First bloom. Start by quickly pouring 50g of water, and wait for 30 sec.
0:30 - Second bloom. Quickly pour another 50g of water, and wait for 30 sec.
1:00 - Pour 150g of water slowly in a spiral motion.
After brewing, please rinse the equipment with water and put it back. Enjoy the brew!
