Please read carefully the terms and conditions for the use of our services listed below. By completing the registration procedure on this website/application, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below.

We are the company LLC “Tsre Community”, operating in the Georgian market, offering customers the use of shared workspaces and related services, the purchase of customized one-time or multiple subscriptions and also organizes various cultural-educational and public activities.


1. Definitions of Terms used in the Terms and Conditions:

1.1. “We” – LLC “Tsre Community” (a company registered in Georgia, ID number 405638644), whose legal address is Zandukeli 15, Tbilisi).

1.2. “You” – individuals who use our services by utilizing this website/application.

1.3. Co-working space – a shared place equipped by us, intended for office work, providing our members/users with a space for work. Members have access to our space, which includes office desks, chairs, seating areas, high-speed internet, a self-service kitchen, a coffee maker, etc.

1.4. Member/User – a natural person who uses our application and has purchased a subscription for working in the co-working space.

1.5. Application – the Tsre application, available for both Android and iOS users; to use our services, the user must download the application their mobile phone, register, select, and purchase the desired subscription.

1.6. Subscription – for the use of services and the co-working space, we offer the user various services at different rates and contents, information about which is available in detail on our website (tsre.co) and mobile application.

1.7. Personal Data – any type of information that can identify a person, for the purposes of using our services, personal information includes: name, surname, personal number, age, email address, phone number, gender, profile photo, date of birth, social media links and other information.

1.8. Code of Conduct – rules developed by us for common use, which must be followed by any user in the co-working space. These rules will be visually available in the workspace.


2. Basic Conditions for the use of the Co-working Space

2.1. Our co-working space is located at the following address: 15 Zandukeli Street, Tbilisi, Georgia, 0108. In order for the user to access the space and use various services, they must download the Archie application on their mobile phone, register, select a subscription type, make a payment and receive access to the co-working space, through which they will be able to enter the space.

2.2. Our co-working space operates 24/7/365, meaning that the user has access to the workspace at any time, day or night.

2.3. The user is required to provide the following information during registration in the application: their active email address, where detailed rules and space usage instructions/code of conduct will be sent; also the user must provide their name, surname, age, date of birth, citizenship, work sector (selectable from a list), and work role. Additionally, in the optional fields, the user may provide information about professional social media (LinkedIn, Behance, portfolio website, etc), upload a (profile) photo, etc.

2.4. Various services intended for office work are available in our co-working space. The user currently has the opportunity to choose one of the subscription offered by us:

  • Daily membership (one-day access to the workspace);

  • Flex membership (one-month access to any available desk);

  • Personal membership (one-month access to a desk chosen by the user, allowing for the placement of personal items).

2.5. The cost of the subscription is indicated in the application, and we reserve the right to periodically change the offered rates. Existing users will be noticed of any rate changes via email at least 14 calendar days before the change takes effect. The user has the right to accept the rate change or Cancel the service.

2.6. The subscription fee can be paid through our website (tsre.co) or via the mobile application. The monthly renewal fee for the subscription is automatically deducted from the saved cards unless the user cancels their membership.

2.7. The user has the right to invite a guest to the shared space who is not a member, To do so, the user must contact us in advance via email at hey@tsre.co and provide the following information about the guest: name, surname, personal number, age, phone number, email address. The guest can enter only after receiving our written confirmation; however, the availability of free spaces is not guaranteed.

2.8. We are authorized to carry out repair and maintenance work in the co-working space, during which some parts of the space may not be accessible. We will take maximum measures to ensure that members’ work is not disrupted. We will notify you at least 7 calendar days in advance via email about the upcoming work.


3. Use of Our Services

3.1. In our co-working space, we offer a self-service kitchen, which includes a variety of snacks and beverages. To use this service, you will need to use the application where the price of each product is indicated, and you can purchase them through the app.

3.2. We may periodically offer various meetings, events and activities. These may be organized by us or by our partners. Depending on the content and costs of these meeting/events/activities, they may be free or paid.

3.3. The user acknowledges and agrees an advance that in the shared workspace, we use services from our providers, such as space management applications, electricity, water, natural gas, and/or internet provision. Consequently, we cannot take responsibility if at a specific time, due to the fault of our provider, the shared workspace is not supplied with or is supplied with a delay in electricity, water or internet.

3.4. We use various commercial methods and approaches to regulate the number of members at specific times to allocate free spaces when needed. However, some factors are beyond our control, so full availability of workspaces is not guaranteed.

3.5. In case of any technical issues, the user is authorized to contact us through the help portal indicated in the mobile application or via the following email: hey@tsre.co.


4. Code of Conduct in the co-working space

4.1. The user acknowledges that the shared workspace is intended for common use. Therefore, it is necessary to respect other members and comply with the following code of conduct. In case of violation of these rules, we resolve the right to unilaterally suspend the user’s membership, in which case no refund will be provided.

4.2. You acknowledge that all users in the shared workspace have equal rights and obligations. Discrimination against any user based on their origin, skin color, race, sexual orientation, political or religious beliefs, or any other characteristic is not allowed. Harassment of other users and interference with their work is prohibited.

4.3. The code of conduct will be posted on our website. The rules become effective immediately upon posting.

4.4. It is forbidden to interfere with any of our local networks, applications or security infrastructure (cameras, locks, internet power sources, etc), or to attempt unauthorized access to or influence any information on our or other members’ devices.

4.5. The user is prohibited from engaging in illegal transactions or accessing illegal materials as per Georgian or international law and from performing any illegal actions physically in our space or through our internet network.

4.6. The user is required to maintain cleanliness, follow hygiene rules and take care of their desk and personal items in the shared workspace. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to the user’s personal items being left unattended.

4.7. In the shared workspace (except in specially designated areas) the use of tobacco or any other smoking products is strictly prohibited.

4.8. Bringing and consuming any type of alcoholic, narcotic or psychotropic substances in the shared workspace is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal actions in case of any violation.

4.9. The user is obligated to protect and take care of the material property in the shared workspace. In case of damage or destruction of any item, you must immediately contact our technical team; otherwise we reserve the right to demand full and immediate compensation for the damage incurred.

4.10. In our space, you must strictly adhere to fire safety, technical safety regulations, sanitary requirements, as well as rules for the operation of engineering communications and networks.

4.11. The user agrees in advance that there are video recording cameras in the shared workspace that operate 24/7. Our video camera recordings are stored for30 calendar days. In case of intentional damage to the video recording cameras, we reserve the right to immediately contact law enforcement authorities.

4.12. We do not cooperate with individuals or companies acting in the interests of aggressor and/or occupying countries or affiliated with the governments of aggressor/occupying states. If we determine that a member is acting in the interests of or is affiliated with the government of an aggressor/occupying state, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and subscription with that individual/company without prior notice or compensation.


5. Subscription Term and Termination

5.1. Your subscription starts from the day of its purchase and is valid for the corresponding subscription term.

5.2. You have the right not to extend the subscription term in the following calendar month, for which we must be informed in advance and the subscription fee should not be paid anymore.

5.3. After the expiration of the personal equipment term, the user is obliged to remove their belongings from the common workspace.

5.4. We reserve the right, in case of violation of the rules of conduct by you, to immediately terminate your subscription temporarily or permanently and suspend your access to our services. In case of violation of the rules of conduct, the subscription fee for the terminated subscription will not be refunded, except for a refund for the remaining period.


6. General Provisions

6.1. In the event that any provision or requirement present on the website is deemed unlawful or impossible to enforce, such provision shall be deemed null and void, while the legal force of the remaining provisions of the regulations and requirements shall remain unchanged.
6.2. We reserve the right to amend any provision connected to the website, at any time and to publish updated regulations and requirements on the website. Ani changes will take effect within 3 (three) days after being published on the website.
6.3. The preceding regulations and requirements are determined in accordance with Georgian legislation and priority is given to the jurisdiction of Georgian courts for each party.
